Students must pay at least half to start training unless approved by management. Most books and supplies are included, but student may be asked to get a few things from time to time. The applicant agrees that payment of the tuition cost will be satisfied by:

1. REFUND POLICY. The student has a seven-day cancellation period from the date of the start of class, to cancel this contract. Request must be in writing prior to midnight of the seventh day of class. During the first week of classes, the school shall refund at least 90% of the tuition. During the second week the school shall refund at least 75% of the tuition.
* any monies due back to the applicant shall be refunded within 6 weeks from cancellation. If supplies were sent to the student, the cost per the invoice that was enclosed with the supply package will also be deducted before a refund is given.

2. Upon completion of training, each student is awarded a Degree of Certificate of Completion showing the title of the program and the fact that the training was satisfactorily completed.

3. Should this account be placed in the hands of an attorney for collection, the undersigned promises to pay such additional costs and attorney fees as the court may adjudge reasonable. A charge of ten percent per annum on the unpaid principal balance will be added to the amounts due under tuition agreements which are delinquent or in default. If this account is placed in the hands of a collection agency, the undersigned promises to pay collection fees and interest.
